There are many articles and books available about how to do a systematic review. Organizations and services that sponsor systematic review projects (like Cochrane or PRISMA) often also provide training in order to maintain the quality of the finished products. 

The methodology for how to conduct a quality systematic review has not changed significantly over time. So older books are still good.
