When your work incorporates materials developed by others, it's important that you cite them. This adds credibility to your work. It also allows others to refer to your original source. Without referencing the sources of ideas (this includes images), without providing quotes around what someone else said, you can be accused of plaigerism. This is against the ISU Code of Student Conduct and can adversely affect your grade or standing at ISU.
