Repository & Open Science Access Portal (ROSA P) NTL's digital library of full-text research, reports, and datasets. The name ROSA P was chosen to honor the role public transportation played in the civil rights movement, along with one of the important figures, Rosa Parks.

Strengthening Mobility and Revolutionizing Transportation (SMART) Grants Program Program was established to provide grants to eligible public sector agencies to conduct demonstration projects focused on advanced smart community technologies and systems in order to improve transportation efficiency and safety.

Federal Transit Administration (FTA) The mission is to improve America's communities through public transportation.

Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) The mission is to serve the marine transportation industries by providing a safe, secure, reliable, efficient, and competitive deep draft international waterway, in cooperation with the Canadian St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation (SLSMC).

Maritime Administration (MARAD) The mission is to foster, promote and develop the maritime industry of the United States to meet the nation’s economic and security needs.

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Is responsible for keeping people safe on America's roadways. Through enforcing vehicle performance standards and partnerships with state and local governments, NHTSA reduces deaths, injuries and economic losses from motor vehicle crashes.
