At this time, the ISU Library recommends that users DO NOT upgrade to EndNote 20.
The company that purchased EndNote a couple years ago made significant changes to EndNote 20. They said
"EndNote 20 has some interface changes when compared to its previous versions and some of the options/panels have been removed in order to simplify the application Please feel free to write back if you have any further queries and I will be glad to assist you further." -- Clarivate Analytics, company that owns EndNote
Some features that are currently being used by EndNote X9 users may not be present in EndNote 20.
