Definitions

Artificial Intelligence is, "the science and engineering of making intelligent machines, especially intelligent computer programs. It is related to the similar task of using computers to understand human intelligence, but AI does not have to confine itself to methods that are biologically observable." from McCarthy, J. (n.d.). What is AI?: Basic Questions. Professor John McCarthy. Retrieved August 22, 2023, from http://jmc.stanford.edu/artificial-intelligence/what-is-ai/index.html

Machine learning is a branch of artificial intelligence (AI) and computer science which focuses on the use of data and algorithms to imitate the way that humans learn, gradually improving its accuracy. from What is machine learning? (n.d.) IBM Retrieved August 22, 2023, from https://www.ibm.com/topics/machine-learning

GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformers) are, "a family of neural network models that uses the transformer architecture and is a key advancement in artificial intelligence (AI) powering generative AI applications such as ChatGPT. GPT models give applications the ability to create human-like text and content (images, music, and more), and answer questions in a conversational manner. Organizations across industries are using GPT models and generative AI for Q&A bots, text summarization, content generation, and search." from What is GPT AI? - Generative Pre-Trained Transformers Explained - AWS.
