Energy Sources: Journals

To search for specific ISU print and electronic subjects, we recommend the following:

1. Go to the ISU Library homepage at http://library.indstate.edu/
2. On the ISU Library homepage, click Fusion Plus Advanced.
3. Search for one of the suggested terms as a Subject.

Keyword: renewable energy sources
AND
Subject: periodicals

    4. Click Modify Search to make changes to your search.

Stop! Should you be looking at individual journals yet?

The best method to find journal articles on a topic is to search using databases. Databases will search across multiple journals at once. IF you go into one journal, you will only be seeing the articles withinTHAT journal. If it did not publish anything good on your topic, you will have to go to another journal and then another.

Use the databases first.

However, if you already have a citation for an article, you can go directly to that specific journal to find the full-text of the article.
