• Limit to evidence based practice levels of evidence
• When you find a good publication, use its references to find more. And use the Web of Science database.
• For an in depth research project, has any part of your topic been studied?

It is common for databases and search engines to, um, slant the search results OR sort the search results based upon

• the number of times the search words appear in the record/webpage
• whether the search words appear in the title of the record/webpage
• whether the search words appear in the beginning X words of the record, abstract, or webpage
• how new is the record/webpage
• other things…
